Each piece is crafted entirely by hand in a painstaking process to ensure it not only meets our quality standards but yours as well. The only thing we want to be better than our quality and craftsmanship is our customer service. While we unfortunately can't offer a return on any custom or monogrammed items we would be more than happy to address any concerns you may have.
We firmly believe you will never need to return our pieces however we want to instill faith and trust in our customers so if you are displeased with your purchase for any reason within 2 weeks after delivery then feel free to return it, no questions asked!

Exchanges
We happily accept exchanges for any non-custom pieces
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless we have made a mistake. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to insure we receive your item.
